Many are debating whether the giving of money versus a compliment is more meaningful to people. Studies, like the one above, and recent polls seem to indicate that sincere compliments excite the reward area of the brain more than money!
I heard one person taking a poll comment that while the study may be true, it’s harder to give compliments?

I felt that hug yesterday when question something that I saw in a friend which did not make sense. I stared out into my wooded yard,, felt the hug and heard the words, “it is what it is!”

PS. I am reading Wayne Dyer’s book, “Change your Thoughts ~ Change Your Life”. He describes teachings of Tao, years before Christ. I’m so touched by Tao’s statement that everything “is what it is.”
